Keli and I have been working together since November 2019 and in that time, Keli has shown me how to truly be kind and compassionate to myself. Showing compassion towards myself has always been difficult, but Keli has been able to guide me through the journey towards self compassion. She has taught me new ways of looking at a difficult situation and shown me many different ways of being kind to myself. Keli always takes the time to send me session notes and I love and appreciate the affirmations she sends me. I can talk to Keli about anything, and I can definitely say that I would not have been able to get this far through the pandemic without Keli’s guidance, kindness and compassion. Before I started coaching with Keli, I had this feeling that I just needed to talk to someone to get the thoughts, whirling around in my head, out. I felt stuck in my day to day life and saw reoccurring issues come up in me but I couldn’t figure out how to deal with or change them. With Keli, I finally had someone to talk to about all this, who truly listened without any judgement or agenda. With that, we were able to both lean in and see what was really going on below the surface. I can honestly say I am a new person because of it. It was like Keli held up a clear mirror each time that allowed me to see the real me. My sense of self-worth and self-love is at a whole new level. I have greater confidence in who I am and what I need/want, and this has positively affected every aspect of my life. I can’t say enough about Keli and her ability to make me feel supported, listened to and cared for. It has truly changed my life. It’s so evident how dedicated she is to her craft and the love she has for people.
I’ve been working with Keli using the Compassion Key for a while now. I have been suffering from depression for the last two years. Previously, I was doing CBT therapy, which I did find effective, but after a while, I found I’d hit a bit of a wall with it.
A friend suggested I meet Keli. The work I have done with the Compassion Key has actually been very groundbreaking for me. I’ve really come to understand the core beliefs that are holding me back and through the Compassion Key work, the intensity around the emotions associated with those core beliefs has lightened. I was so depressed before I met Keli and in our time together, I was really able to pull myself out of the darkness. I have been shocked by how effective the Compassion Key modality has been for me.
With the Compassion Key, I’ve allowed myself to heal without exerting all this mental effort around fixing myself. It’s been a natural healing process. Keli is dedicated to her clients. I feel very comfortable working with her. She is very positive in her approach and you don’t feel judged by her in any way. She really creates an environment for you to open up and be honest. In our sessions, Keli goes above and beyond to help me clear some of my pain. There have been many times when I thought my emotions were too deep to be cleared, but we persisted and in the end, I was surprised to find myself feeling much better. Keli is a fantastic practitioner and I highly recommend her. My work with Keli has dramatically made a positive impact on my depression and my life. Thank you, Keli!
